I have the right to refuse service for any reason i see fit, i also have the right to end the commission process at any time throughout it with the offer of a full refund if for any reason i am uncomfortable with finishing the art.

Payments are all to be sent through pay pal exclusively, and payment plans may be established, however, at least 50% must be paid after the approval of the sketch and 100% must be paid before receiving the product.

turn around time can vary due to time of year/compelxity of the piece. Standard is 1 month but 3-4 can also be standard and expected.
